Hourglass

i highly recommend malabrigo yarn. i really like manos de uraguay and malabrigo is from the great nation of uraguay, also from a coop, and about 800 times softer. i bought a skein of grass green (called saphire green-- the one p is not a typo) and i was like holy wow! so then i bought 4 more. i started making an hour glass sweater this weekend with the one skein, and i got pretty far.. from the bottom up ten inches in a round.. not too shabby at all! i dont really like the design that comes out from the changes in the color, but oh well. stockinette sure is fast though! when i ran out of yarn, i used another green i have (why, from my sister even!), and using the crochet steeking technique (minus the cutting) i stitched on a stegosaurus. gotta love plant eaters!

Great dinosaur! It's nice to see something other than hearts or flowers on clothing meant for females
